    CRM hygiene checker

CSV in the box. Flags missing email, phone, and source — the three fields agents need to follow up.

Fix incomplete CRM rows before agents follow up

Automated follow-up fails when email, phone, or source is blank. Paste a CSV header and a few rows to see which records are missing the fields agents need.

How to use the CRM hygiene checker

Paste a header row that includes email, phone, and source, plus at least one data row. Review the issue list, fix the export or mapping, and re-check before wiring an agent to the list.

    CSV sample

    • Row 2: empty phone
    • Row 3: empty email

    What the results mean

Missing columns mean rename or map your export. Empty cells mean enrich or queue that row for a human before automated outreach.

    FAQ

What does the CRM hygiene checker look for?

It expects a CSV with a header row and at least one data row. It checks that email, phone, and source columns exist and that those cells are not empty on each data row — the three fields agents typically need to follow up.

    Why email, phone, and source?

Agents need a reachable channel and a sense of where the lead came from. Missing email or phone blocks outbound follow-up; missing source breaks attribution and routing rules. Other fields matter too, but these three are the usual go/no-go for automated follow-up.

Does my CSV leave this browser?

No. Parsing runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you copy the text elsewhere yourself.

What if my headers use different names?

The checker looks for exact header names email, phone, and source (case-insensitive after trim). Rename columns to match, or map your CRM export to those names before pasting.

How should an agentic workflow use hygiene checks?

Run the check on import or before the first follow-up. Incomplete rows go to a human queue or an enrichment step; complete rows continue into response SLA and cadence workflows.

Need clean CRM data feeding agentic follow-up?
