Terms of Service

Effective date: October 9, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GoWithAgentic.ai (the “Services”), a project of NexaMarTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business.

1. The Services

GoWithAgentic.ai lets service businesses manage clients and cases, publish a business website, give clients a portal, and run AI agents that prepare drafts and tasks. Some features are in active development and may change.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate sign-up details and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.
Client portal logins are created by the business that invited the client. That business controls which cases and documents the client can see.
Tell us right away at hello@nexamartech.com if you think your account was misused.

3. Your data and your clients’ data

You keep ownership of the content you and your clients add (client records, case notes, documents, messages). We use it only to provide and secure the Services.
For your clients’ personal information, you are the party responsible for it (the controller) and we process it on your behalf. You confirm you have a lawful basis and any notices or consents needed to upload it.
Do not upload information you are not allowed to share.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI features

AI agents prepare drafts, summaries, assessments, and tasks. Outbound drafts wait in Approvals for a person to review. You decide what is sent and you are responsible for it.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check it before you rely on it or share it.
Content sent to AI models is processed by our AI providers to produce the result. For paid production use we request providers that do not retain prompts or use them for training.

5. Not legal or professional advice

The Services, including policy updates, eligibility assessments, and AI drafts, provide general information only and are not legal, immigration, financial, or other professional advice. A licensed professional must review advice given to clients. We do not guarantee any application outcome, approval, or processing time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break the law, or send spam or misleading messages through the Services;
access accounts, cases, or data that are not yours, or try to bypass security;
upload malware, or overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services;
use the Services to make automated decisions with legal effects without human review.

7. Trials, credits, and payments

New workspaces may receive a free trial and usage credits. Trial length, credits, and paid plan prices are shown in the app or agreed with you in writing. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree otherwise.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. After closure, we keep and then delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. Ask us before closure if you need an export.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features. If we make material changes to these Terms we will post the new version here and update the effective date.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
